Cadillac Coupe DeVille

This is my first car. It was 1982 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. It was an awesome car. I know you are thinking, "What a boat!!!" but it was so great. I really miss it. I love my Camry, but you always love you first of anything.

I did a pretty simple install. I had an in dash Alpine 7909 CD player. Those who remember the 7909 know it is probably the best CD player ever made. For amplifiers I an Alpine 3541 which supplied 40 watts to each rear 6 X 9 and an Alpine 3552 supplying 30 watts to my door and dash board speakers. It kicked for only 200 watts total.

When I got rid of the Cadillac I gave my friend Alex from Nobody Beats the Wiz my two amps. I will try to get some pics of them in his car. they look really good there. Those may be the best amps I have ever seen. they are over 8 years old and still going strong.

My Cadillac

This is my old Alpine 7909.

This is the amp rack I built into my rear fender. It's unfinished. when it was done it was sealed in plexiglass.

This is the finished amplifier rack. It had 4 cooling fans.
